Terms & Conditions

By buying a ticket you agree to be bound by this policy:

1. Payment & Bookings: must be paid for before they are confirmed.  We accept bookings only online.

2. Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel by phone or email. We will refund you in full if the cancelation is made 48 hrs or more before the booked time. Any cancellations made in less time than that will not be refunded. However you can transfer your spot to somebody else.

In case the cancellation is made by us: we will refund the cost of bookings in full.

3. Confirmation: confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during the online booking.

4. Privacy: Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you as well as for billing and order fulfilment. We are legally bound not to disclose your personal data to third parties, unless we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s.
